जोड़ों और हड्डियों का दर्द
Joint and bone pain limits work and sleep. Ayurveda links it mainly with vata imbalance, poor digestion and stiffness from inactivity. The approach combines warm food, gentle movement, oil massage and herbs, together with tests and physiotherapy where needed.

Ayurvedic guidance is supportive and does not replace emergency or specialist care.
It can be controlled with diet, water, weight loss and medicines when needed. A blood test tracks it, and it should be done every few months.
Warm oil massage and fomentation can relax muscles and ease stiffness for many people. It supports treatment but does not repair worn-out cartilage.
Gentle walking, cycling and leg-strengthening exercises are helpful. Avoid deep squats and sitting cross-legged if painful. A physiotherapist can guide you.
Eat calcium and protein-rich food, get morning sunlight, do weight-bearing exercise, avoid smoking, and ask your doctor about a vitamin D test.
