Skin & Hair Care

त्वचा और बाल

Ayurveda treats skin and hair from the inside: digestion, blood purity and stress show up on the surface. We look at your food, sleep and routine along with the symptoms, then suggest herbs, home remedies and simple care steps.

Concerns we guide you on

Every person is different. Tell us what you are facing and we will explain what may help.

Acne & pimples

Blocked pores with oil, often with hormones, sweet and oily food and stress.

Ayurvedic approach: Cooling diet, neem and manjistha traditionally, gentle face care and no picking.

Eczema & itching

Dry, red, itchy patches that flare up with weather, soaps or stress.

Ayurvedic approach: Moisturising, mild soaps, avoiding trigger food and soothing herbs. Persistent cases need a doctor.

Psoriasis support

A long-term condition with thick, scaly patches that needs medical care.

Ayurvedic approach: Supportive diet, stress care and herbal oils alongside a dermatologist's plan.

Fungal infections & ringworm

Round, itchy rashes in warm folds, often worse in humid weather.

Ayurvedic approach: Keep skin dry, wear cotton, use neem-based care and complete any medicines advised.

Hair fall

Thinning from stress, anaemia, thyroid, hormones or poor nutrition.

Ayurvedic approach: Iron and protein-rich food, oil massage with bhringraj and amla, and treating the cause.

Dandruff

Flakes and an itchy scalp, with oily skin, dryness or fungal overgrowth.

Ayurvedic approach: Neem and reetha wash, curd or lemon rinse and less oily food.

Pigmentation & dull skin

Dark patches or uneven tone from sun, hormones and old marks.

Ayurvedic approach: Sun protection, turmeric and sandalwood packs and plenty of water.

Skin & Hair Care: frequently asked questions

How long does acne take to improve?

It usually takes several weeks of consistent diet and skin care. Severe or scarring acne should be seen by a dermatologist.

Can Ayurveda stop hair fall?

If the cause is stress, poor nutrition or scalp problems, herbs, oils and food can help. Anaemia and thyroid causes must be treated too.

Is turmeric safe on the face?

Most people can use it in a pack, but it stains and can irritate sensitive skin. Do a patch test first.

Is eczema curable?

Eczema is usually controlled rather than cured. Moisturising, avoiding triggers and sometimes medicines keep flare-ups down.
